Nope after I got banned I signed up again at home, with different IP than my university (where I signed up the first time). I only did that because I was absolutely sure I didn't do anything wrong and I was never a member at OiNK's before.
So far I didn't have any problems with the site neither with keeping my ratio up. I only refrain from logging in at my university and only visit the site when I'm home.

No. You are allowed to seed existing torrents if you got the stuff from elsewhere.

Leave everything you download uploading for months.
And if your upload gets below 1 just leave it seeding.

My ratio is about 1.7 and that is all I've been doing, and I download 5-10 albums a week.

Also upload all the CDs you have as either V0 or FLAC.

edit: Do not cheat! The guys at OiNK are extremely good at finding those that do, and it's really lame when people shit on the whole P2P thing. To be honest it's just what the RIAA wants.

It is quite hard to maintain ratio at Oink but if you do keep on seeding popular files for a few days, you won't have a problem.
Sort the torrents by leechers and look for one with low seeders like 1/2 and more than like 30 leechers and put it on. You'll get a good ratio

you have to upload to get a good ratio, 192kbits bitrate at least.
