And in some minutes all is discovered. Specially the stupid seller.

so you are saying that sites like oink are not illegal? why do they need to be hosted in the Netherlands, Russia, Switzerland if they are not illegal.

Oh so now you are saying that people cant host servers in the place they choose too and that if you live in the EU you have to host it there.

why cant they host in the united states or in united kingdom but they have to go somewhere were the internet police is not active.

Because torrent hosting is illegal in those markets and they are wise enough to not want to break the law.

the person buying the invite could very easily be working for the riaa or mpaa. no wasted time in coming up with ratio proofs and trading to get into sites, simply go to ebay and buy invite. it's already easy enough for them, considering most people trading invites have no clue who they're trading with, why make it even easier for them?

how is posting publicly available information breaking any laws? even if they did file any kind of papers in court, who are they going to sue? someone named "OiNK" that lives somewhere outside of the jurisdiction of both us and dutch (where the site is hosted) courts?
