how is posting publicly available information breaking any laws? even if they did file any kind of papers in court, who are they going to sue? someone named "OiNK" that lives somewhere outside of the jurisdiction of both us and dutch (where the site is hosted) courts?

well, oink has an paypal account which i have donated to and they have contacted me directly with. it is not hard for them to get shut down

and i will probably start myself to report to anything i can find to. i will even go and get some legal advising for this

Nonsense, there's alot more private information on your computer than you probably think, I believe people can do alot worse than just getting your dads phone number (which by the way I hear pissed people called that number).
