does anybody know a program that generates a .cue file based on a .bin file? i dont want to convert to .iso ... anybody?

You could write your own. Get someone to email you the contents of the .cue (for example ask the person who posted a verified hash).
Write it down in notepad and save it as a .cue file.

the point is... i have cdspace and i have plenty of HDspace so i dont wanna burn. I just need the cue files for cdspace. anyway thanks for that tip of pm ing the poster of a hash. ill get on it right away.
