The UK public didn't even get a chance to choose our own entry, if it doesn't appeal to your own country how's it going to compete in Europe?

actually while we are on the subject does anyonr remember about 3/4 years ago there was a foreighn song called peace and it was fronted by a tina turner lookalike with a backing band straight out of the 70's...it was sooo cool i er video taped it ahem and tried to copy the dance routine
