Need Help With Office Xp

I keep getting this error everytime I open or close an Office program:

Compile error in hidden module: AutoExec

In the error title bar, it says Microsoft Visual Basic.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Also, I'm looking for a data1.msi file to remove office 2000 from my comp. It won't remove it until I furnish it with the data1.msi file. Any ideas where I might find it?

Yeah Try Install SPs, Otherwise Try Re-Installing, Something Like That Happened 2 Me Once, All Of A Sudden I Couldnt Open It, XP Thought It Was Uninstalled, Even Though The Files Were Still There.
