Movie Notstable

The Movie is the Lord of the Rings-The Two Towers Cd1 fo 3

When ever I play it the movie it not stable. It keeps on jumping up and down. I tried to scan it in virtual dub for bad frames and an error comes up about half way down. Does anybody know a guide on what to do about bad frames?
