Any idea what this exactly means:

2007-02-18 - * Det kreves nå 50 GB opplastet for å bli Power User. (De som allerde er Power User vil ikke bli degradert med mindre de faller under 0.95 i ratio)
* Topp 10 er nå synlig for vanlig brukere (men med mindre informasjon enn Power Users har)
* Invites tildeles nå kun hver 20. dag og det er maks 2 invites per bruker. De som hadde flere har fått antall redusert til 2. Deles kun ut til Power Users som i tillegg har lastet NED minst 30 GB.

I don't think that means every 20th of the month as some other user here thought.
