That's usually the case if you're downloading lots of movies which turn out to be fakes.

Is it because Peer Guardian is blocking LOTS of ips or because Peer Guardian slows your computer down too much because you're running on a P2-300? (if so, lower aggression some...)

What ranges/ips are being blocked?

I just took a direct copy of IPs from that list posted.

Its not my computer i&#39;ve got a 2800+ Athlon.
