First impressions are rarely fair I didn't like a lot of members at first, its not till you read a few posts and get a feel for the humor . With some posters you can't win even when your right so roll with the punches and have fun .
On forum boards I try to reply to people like their right in front of me , playing a game of pool or havin a brew so I try to keep flaming to a minimum or was that minnummmm ? Depends on the beer intake .
All the original impressions I had of people here have changed and in most cases I don't recall what they were now, but here's those I do remember...
VB - Dutch
JP - relentless
manker - relentlesser
Cheese - on the level
MCHeshpants - abusive (!)
J2 - stuffy patriotic yank
Buffalo - nutcase (mental note: possibly dangerous)
Seedler - rabbit in headlamps
clocker - IT professor
Hairbutt - pretty wet behind the ears
gamer4eva - on something
100% - on something else
There isn't a bargepole long enough for me to work on [a Sony Viao] - clocker 2008
Initial impressions were "oh what a nice wee community of like minded KL users" at that time forum membership was around 800-900. Thought I would join up, and join the Paaarrty!
