Is there a List were I can find out the Upload speeds for each connection?

I think Im on 1.5mb connection but Im only getting 20kb/s up.

thinking about upgrading as my contract with my provider is up, and I just bought a new Comp.

1.5 should give you around 200kb/s

also:
2.5 is around 300kb/s
and
5 is around 600 kb/s
