Problem with NB registration

I'm trying to register on NB (with invite link) but I've got a error 5

Signup failed!

Can someone help me maybe?

so the invite wasnt sent to your email or...

This appears after I click on "Sign In" and so after filling all requirements info

I've had problems signing up with firefox before. Try using internet explorer
when signing up with invites.
