Vice City,

San Andreas was good, but it was not a big improvement from Vice City.
And plus, Vercetti would kick CJ's ass anyday.

GTA: VIce City

I played out GTA for computer, the very first one. Then with my ps2 got a hold of gta 3, beat it maybe 6 times (twice with 100%); beat vice city 3-4 times (twice with 100%); and san andreas 4 times (twice with 100%).

I said San Andreas simply because it lasted the longest. I could do way more with it and some of the new features just kicked ass!
