Gta Vice City

Okay. I downloaded this game fine. But one of my buddies also downloaded it. He claims that it installs fine, but when he goes to play it and clicks to open the game... nothing happens at all. He replaced the crack and everything. I've even sent him my cracked gta-vc.exe, still no luck.

This has got me stumped man...
