i have downloaded a 90-rar archive that is about 4.3 gigs big and can't get the image out of it. everytime i try to extract it, i get error messages that about 7 archives are corrupt and can not be extracted from. each time I try to un-rar, it is always different archives that are corrupt. is there better software to use than winrar? am i doing something wrong? please help.

Perhaps you didn't completely finish the download?
Best bet: Re-download the file again.

You might also want to think about running a RAM test.

If you've got par/sfv files use quickpar or a program like it to check which rars are corrupt, then redownload them.
If you've got pars then you can repair too.
