    I have 0kb Upload and 40mg Download.
    Now when i try to download something this message appears:
    Du måste läsa Regler / FAQ innan du kan ladda ner något.
    Does any1 know why?
    There's no waiting time on the torrents so...

    Its probably because of your ratio. Last time i checked, they wont let you download if your ratio is under .3
