Dont you guys know usenet? It's pretty new way for file sharing. You have to register to some company (=tracker) and you get everything you want, and you dont have to upload ANYTHING. The problem is that it cost like 25$ or something per month. So if you dont want to pay for file sharing usenet isn't really a solution. But if you want to pay, then pay 25$ (or w/e you have to pay) and you are fine. 220$ is A LOT of money IMO :\

I believe its more commonly referred to as Newsgroups. And as far as people paying money...Its the people (like me) that dish out the money to get you your content at fast speeds from my box. if you didnt have us you'd be grabbing files from people with their crappy u/l speeds. im done thread jacking... g/l in your quest thread starter
