Hmmm.... thats pretty weird. Do you get that error while playing CS only?

Are you sure when you start the CS installer that it is pointing to your correct Half-Life directory? That's where you must install it for it to work (it should then create a cstrike subfolder). The language.inf file that it's looking for should be in your HL directory. If it's not there, try reinstalling Half-Life first.
