Best way to store and protect my music , data

After reading i see 3 ways:
-Use quickpar
-use dvdisaster
-use ICE ECC

Show me if you know another way
Share ur experience pls.Show the pros and cons.

i will burn the video dvd using imgburn
wat about my music , data . Some say i should creat a image of the music folder.

What I do is just create an image of the folders that contain my music, movies, etc... Acronis TrueImage is really easy to use and fast.
