What if it is gay, though? I remember a time when saying one said one was gay it wasn't automatically assumed that they were homosexual. Alas, that time has passed, it seems.
things are quiet until hitler decides he'd like to invade russia
so, he does
the russians are like "OMG WTF D00DZ, STOP TKING"
and the germans are still like "omg ph34r n00bz"
the russians fall back, all the way to moscow
and then they all begin h4xing, which brings on the russian winter
the germans are like "wtf, h4x"

languages evolve, that doesn't have to be negative. I think different versions of one language only adds to the character of that language. In highschool (I live in Belgium), we had the chance to choose between British English and American English. I did both and it was very interesting to see the differences and the way things evolve....

it's not just Americans who say "that is so gay" - there are a lot of wee neds around my area who say it too.
It annoys me, but you can't stop the wee gits from saying it... ...
