how can u request an invite in TT? The user limit is Registered users7994/8000 , and they dont give any more invites
I want invites 2, im power user 9weeks old...

I don't think they will give you an invite, because you have almost fresh 9 weeks means nothing, i saw admins posts in forum and they said that invites will be given to memebrs who been there very long and have good ratio... I don't sure though.

from whats been said on there forum and one of the mods profile there r no invites @ this time cuz the tracker is almost full. so 1 of two things is going on here 1. this guy is 1337 tt memeber, like super 1337. or 2. scam
