    Hi guys,

I'm burning a movie onto DVD for the first time. I extracted the movie with WinRAR but the result is an 'image' file. I thought it would be two seperate Audio and Video folders or something O_o

I just want it to play back on a seperate DVD player. I'm trying to follow this guide,

    https://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/guide...ning-rom-90947

but it dosen't mention anything about image files.

Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

You can Burn an image file using Nero.

Just use that option within Nero.

(V, kind of pointless to recommend another program don't ya think?)

I'm pretty sure you can also just rename the img to a .iso file if you can't find the burn img thing in Nero.

you dont really need to rename it cos most probably nero can handle .img files too.

nevertheless i also recommend imgburn, its a lightweight and free utility to burn image files on a disc.

    Ok guys,

I made two DVD films and each were different movies. Both of them were image files. When I play them back on a stand alone DVD player they both freeze for 15 seconds, about 5 times through each movie. Has anyone experienced this issue before?

A few of my DVD's freeze.

Like for example a couple of my Futurama discs freeze when the title is coming up, usually you just skip past it and your fine.

It's probably a bad burn, if it bothers you you can always burn again.

What blank media did you burn to?

Try better quality ones next time.
