How do you get the game on a PC, and what about those ROMS of NES and SNES n stuff, how do they do that?
Also, why are some PS2 games BINs and some are EXEs??whats the difference, is it easier one way or the other??

Dude that is a broad question but let me see if I can help you out. So you have ROMS (aka the game files) and the Emulators that they run on. The most prominet game emulator is MAME, while each system has its own emulator ex. bleem for playstation and ZSNES for Super Nintendo. Your best bet is to download a compressed file with the roms and eulators packaged together.

As far as the exe vs. bin files, the bin/cue files are straight up image files created from the original discs. Lots on the forums have been written about that so look around. The EXE file is most likely a slef extracting zip/ executable file that will give you a bin and cue file. If not, it make be a fake. In the future, stick to verifieds for PS2 games and see the pinned thread on burning them.
