    Like the topic says is it Fructis or Wash & Go?

    Please discuss.......

    Fructus is evil shampoo...it leaves your hair in appalling condition in the long run. Take my advice, stay clear of it........

    EDIT: to add: and its always best to use a seperate shampoo and conditioner, for real body......

    i totally agree vivitron 15.

    You may save time with a two in one but it will make you look like a scarecrow in the longrun...umless of course you already look like one then what ya go to loose?

    Fructis gave me dandruff....now I use Elsève from Garnier, with Jojoba-oil and it&#39;s great for my hair. Wash&Go makes your hair really dry, as does Head&Shoulders. Indeed, best thing to do is to choose a different shampoo and aftershampoo. 2in1 is hardly ever good. Best aftershampoo is the one from Glisskur, but it&#39;s a bit expensive too....
    Don&#39;t use dry-shampoo too much, it damages your hair...

    I love being a man you do not have to worry about these kinda things.

    I just use plain soap. I have no real hair to speak of.

    B) im as bald as the emoticons. well at the moment, it grows quick.
