FreeSurfer's obviously the best. Not only is it a great pop-up blocker, it "locks" your homepage, so hackers can't change it to some porn website. And while you're at it download Fresh Download, which is the best download manager.

But the thing I hate about pop-up blockers, is say you went here:

    http://spiderman.sonypictures.com/

It would block the main website's flash window, so from time to time, you have to create exceptions to some pop-ups.

Norton is probably the best in my opinion.

Zone alarm is good blocking pop-ups too but I leave it off so I can tell when my site has pop ups or not.

Am trying (right this second) Zero Popup 7.5. Amazing! Better than Meaya. Only 133KB. Got this Speedup IE feature, seems as fast or faster than Opera! Just started so we'll see. Gotta get one of those IE add ons with mouse gestures maybe.
I'm also very pleased with Zero Popup 7.5

If you like Meaya's Popup Ad Filter like I did you should try it.
Also try Popup Block. They're both great.

I use Ad-aware + Spystopper and it stops all the annoying pop ups. It also depends on the settings I set, if you set it too high, it blocks out a lot legit site inc. hotmail.

Proxomitrons Da Bomb! I've just started using it but it looks very promising . It also works with all browsers and not just Internet Explorer
