I am looking for a free program to convert WAVEs to MP3s with a bitrate of 192Kbps.

What's the best one out there?

there are a lot of programs to convert wav to mp3 i use CDex cos its free and gets the job done, it also normalises the mp3/wav and can rencode mp3 and convert mp3 to wav its quite useful but not really used that much, my mp3 cutter is used more.
