AFAIK the only site that actually allows you to trade it's invites is IT.

Do NOT sell or auction off your invites. Give them away however you see fit. Trading for invites to other sites/services is also acceptable. See the General Site Rules for more info.

That is very noble of them (No, I am not being sarcastic!). They have embraced the reality that people are bound to give an invite or two out for getting into another site!
