To limit bandwidth usage on certain computers in the network. My sister insists on downloading music while im trying to game online and its just not helping.
Someone told me NetLimiter would do this but I have no idea how to use it. Suggestions?

Yes netlimiter will work, though I dunno if you can run it remotely from your own computer, you may have to install it on hers. It will even start when windows is booted so that you can always limit her.
Remember to remove the system tray icon so that she won't know what is going on.
Also if you have Tuneup Utilities or CCleaner, you can remove the program listing in the add/remove list without removing the application as well, so it will look like nothing is even installed.
