The more posts we make it the more spam posts we get.30 posts over the course of a month, on at least 5 different calendar days, and in at least 5 different threads.
And still people would abuse it.
It's been tried and tested.
Waiting longer is the only method that works.

I always wondered why it was so few posts compaired to the days. ya man i agree, people who are complaining about the rules are just people who think they should get w/e they want. hey if you want your rules make your own site it's as easy as that. 30 days will go by pretty quick if you ask me. you'll be so busy with work or school that you won't even notice it's passed by. as for the 5 posts it takes seconds if you actually read the posts and have something good to say about it.
