Sounds like someone trying to promote their community off the back of another, established, community, hence the FSC abbreviation.

There can only be one FSC, as there is only one FTN, or one WB (oops, forgot about Warner Bros.), or one ET, or one TB, or one POTUK, or one... (I can go on and on here, but you get the picture).
