My friend, a guy I know in person, had his account stolen at one torrent site recently. We're in Canada, and the guy who stole it is in Israel. I went to the forums right away to find out what I should do.
PMed staff about it, and told them what had happened. Before I finished PMing one mod, another mod had already found out which of my 30odd invites it was and found out through IP checking.
If you can get in touch with staff through IRC or like you mentioned a rep here, and hopefully get it all sorted out.
