He made up a really bad story...sct doesn't ban the inviter, if the invitee cheats, i think you get warned and thats about it. Busted he better be nice to the sct staff if he wants to keep his account,but why ask for a new one.
Dont follow this guys example if u ask nicely u will probably get an invite for free.
