Looking for PHP code to run site like YouTube

I am thinking of running a website similar to youtube. Users should be able to view and download videos / audios. Only I can upload the content.

Are there any php scripts available that I can use?

Basically, I am looking for something that will allow me to add new files, create categories....

For users: they should be able to view the video, download it, post comments, rate it.....

Is there any code that I can re-use?

There's a script called ClipShare which is a Youtube clone, but it costs $99. Fortunately, there is a torrent for it on Demonoid and a few public trackers
