I like the Oldboy one too, it's a far more effective fight scene than the crappy (and confused) fight scene at the end of Matrix Revolutions for instance and probably shot at a millionth of the budget of the Neo/Smith fight.

When I watch a fight scene in a movie I want to at least see something approaching a realistic fight, one of the best I have seen was a barrroom brawl in a film called "Once were Warriors" , the main character deals to the victim with a headbutt and knees and then gives him a kicking when he hits the deck. That's more my experience of what real fights are about.

Another good fight scene, he totally fucks him up.
