when i try to get nb test page i got this message

Du har allerede tatt testen for mange manger.
Du må ta kontakt med en i Staben hvis du har en god grunn for at du skal få lov til å ta testen en gang til.

can any one resolve it for me

hmm.. You have attemped the test more than 1 time, right? You are locked out. You need to Pm a staff so that they give you another chance.

It means that you failed the test too many times. You have to contact staff so they will give you another chance to make the test. Or you could try to pm Vidde here at FST, he's a mod at NB
