it's hungarian tracker and it has about 15000 torrents and i wss asking about their invite system and whether the allow foreigners or not

it is one of the 3 greatest hungarian trackers /other two is majomparade and bithumen/. the new invite system will be up soon, but some members have some invites left from christmas. language is hungarian only, so that makes life a bit difficult for non-hungarians /but they allow them, just dont give support/. also speeds are mediocre, though there are seeds for most of the torrents.
