Thread: What is a really good/fast site to get uncompressed DVD's from?

  1. #1
    Would really like to know....

Im after uncompressed DVD's - the ones that are around 9GB in size.

Not the DVD rips that are 4GB or so...

    Much appreciated.

The speed is important here. Like UKnova gives you real quick speeds - I need a site just like that but for uncompressed DVD's...

Pisexy as a good number of DVD9s. Might be the one with the more content in that category. Cinematik (classic and obscure movies) also has a few of them.

I dont know about speed though. Pisexy is good enough on popular torrents and i havent used cinematik much.

I dont know if theres a site that serves dvd9's exclusively. Wildbytes and thedvdclub has its own section for dvd9's though.

Well it depends on your DVD Player. I use my Xbox and it plays both PAL and NTSC DVDs just fine on my NTSC TV. I also use a Phillips DVD/DivX player and it plays both PAL and NTSC DVDs just fine on my NTSC TV as well.

Also Bitsoup has a lod of DVD Movies both DVD5 and DVD9. Wether the movies are compressed or not. It depends on the group that released them.

No, if you are watching the DVDs on your pc then it wont make a difference whether its PAL or NTSC. Standalone players are a different situation.
