In Win 98 se, you can change the "typical role of this computer" in the file system properties. Apparantly, if you change this to "Network Server", it allocates more memory where it's needed.
    My questions are:
A: can you do this with XP Pro?
B: Does it actually have any effect on the overall speed of your computer?

Duties are not performed for duty's sake, but because their neglect would make the man uncomfortable. A man performs but one duty - the duty of contenting his spirit, the duty of making himself agreeable to himself.
