Thread: streaming divx / xvid from usenet

    Cool

    i didn't believe it till i tried it myself. doesn't work with all nzbs, has to be 1 avi per nzb, but basically, its teh

    I never knew you could stream anything at all from newsgroups! Good find!

    I used to be with Easynews the original one. They had something similar on their web to usenet interface. I didn't use it much like the above poster says because it didn't work with all files. I was also on a 1 meg line at the time with an ISP that was over zealous to usenet so it didn't work very well. Thanks for may give it a go.

    Was wondering that myself, just found this in the readme -

    "The video file will be stored in the "NZBMovies" folder on your desktop, and you can watch it as many times as you want. "
