Gta3 Speed Problems

Is there any good gta3 (pc) speed up programs out there? oh and
128mb ram (not v good)
Geforce 4 mx 64mb
amd 1.1ghz processor
40x (read) speed cd drive (32x write 14x re-write)
And.... Windows Xtra Pocketburn (xp) home
yes and i know about the display settings, trails does nought with my vid card

Yeah there is there is GTAopt which is Grand Theft Auto 3 Advanced options just search for it on the net then when you get it open it, then open GTA3 then, ALT+TAB out of the game, then change the top number to 62 then the second can be changed ingame (the first one can too) if i remember correctly push F7 while you are in the game then when it goes at the speed you like you r set. What this program does is change the draw distance to make it run faster

YEah you can but nowhere as near as much as advanced options can do if u got the game download and see

For me, using 16 bit colors instead of 32 makes a big difference.
