Quick questions...are any of the sites we grab stuff from ssl etc etc, secure...I have yet to have private tracker (only one but its now gone) use encryption...sure wish they would or provide me with some please

Some sites allow you to connect via https. You can also enable encryption in your client. If you're using uTorrent, it's under Options -> Preferences -> Bittorrent.

yes, you can enable encryption but all that does is encrypt to .torrent file so ur ISP can't use bandwidth throttling....im talking bout encryption of the data from the site to ur pc ;-)..kinda like when you RDC using an ssl tunnel

Like I said, you can access some trackers via SSL (https). I know that ScT and FTN have this, I'm sure there are more.

yes..but im giving up on ScT since the whole pay thing now....FTN on the other hand i have heard is gr8...ssl would be sweet ...

shoot..i wish I had an ScT...meant give up on an invite..well guess you can but one now...dunno bout paying for d/l tho
