well sometimes its a wise tactics.you give free invites for lvl3;3,5;4 and after that u want lvl5 almost free.

Invites should always be given for free. They are meant to invite friends and people you trust. Not for trades
Someone that gives out 4.5 and level 5 trackers for free deserves a level 5 invite for free. Just my 2 cents.
