Firewire Adapter For Video Camera

Does anyone know of any adapters that will conect a firewire cable to the white and yellow sound and video cables from a camera to a computer?

The white and yellow connections you speak of are for analog signals.

Firewire is for digital signals only.

You need an analog-to-digital convertor of some type.
