I am definitely a fan of Prison Break, and I am actaully surprised how high it ranked. It seems to not get due credit from the media in my opinion. I personally am a big Greys Anatomy fan, but I also think Battlestar Gallactica is hugely underrated.(And I dislike scifi,but love BG).
