The NHL hasn't gone downhill, it's more popular than ever if you look at the ratings and statistics. Lots of people thought that after the lockout they would lose so many people, but there was record attendance the first year back, and even higher attendance the following years.

Here in Canada, TSN, sportsnet, and CBC show the games. I'm not sure about the US though but they do show it on some big networks because there was enough pull from them to get some of the NHL games to start at times chosen by the networks. And it sure wasn't the Canadian networks that forced the NHL to do that

Oh I'm sure it's very popular in Canada. Over here though it is not.

If it was more popular than ever, it would be on network TV, they would have changed the rules to try to gain more scoring, and goodness....it goes up against the NBA playoffs.

I do hate how a big deal is made over NBA fights but hockey has them all the time. .....I loike hockey fights.

Well looks like my Sens are up 1-0 in their second round series. I can't believe they were up 4-0 after the first... but to my dissapointment the final score was 5-4.. but at least they came out with a win.

That was a great game, definitely happy they came back after the disappointing 5-1 loss in game 1.

Cowan is a on a goal scoring streak, the ducks better watch out

Well after tonight it looks like my sens are up 3 games to 1. They're hot and I think they can win it in 5 games. As for the canucks... well, if they win the next game i believe they might have a slim chance but... i hate to say it but i think they're done for the year.
