    it's not only about the upload speed, its also about seeding back every torrents you are downloading. and of course there is oink that you need more then high connection to get good ratio.

    becareful not to leech the s**t off of it, because you will be caught for hit and running, just make sure you keep everything you download running in your client for 3+ days, it will at least appear that you tried to seed back but with your poor upload speed that's the best you could do
