on the web it has to be google, but for a software program i would say copernic agent, you can simultaneously search upto 18 different search engines including google, lycos, aol and quite a few others. and you can also save your searches in various formats for eg. html, rtf, doc etc etc incase you need to email it to a friend it even has support for the email program you are using.

Thanks ,but enyone knows what happend with www.qbsearch.com seems to be dead .Qbsearch has 19 major search engines .

Google if your going for a single search, if you want meta though, Id say Dogpile. I havent used it in about a year though, so it may have changed.

I have to agree with Google for the web.
I also would highly recomend Web Ferret Pro which uses 19 search engines.
I have the pro version but I can't remember where I got it.
I don't think you(Sharedholder)will have any problem finding it.

Google is the best and dogpile is ok too.

Google is the number one Search Engine and then the 2nd best is probably Ask.com
