right click menu search torrents

Hi,
I have a right click item that I think I got from Tuneup utilities 2007.
It allows you to highlight some text and then search google for it.
I wish to duplicate this for mininova.

I have looked in the registry and found it uses a htm file.
This file contains the code in JScript.

I was able to decode the script and it looks simple enough to now change the website url.
However, I am unable to re-encode to Jscript as the microsoft script tool is telling me I have scripting disabled (when I don't)

Can anyone help? Perhaps this can be done another way or with another language?

check out opera web browser it has this feature build in
