Absolutely what scares dirt bags more thana bunch of bobbies equiped with night sticks.
Or a real hard rock officer with a big gun who practices at the range every day,just so he can mow down a couple of real bad dudes in a blink of the eye.

What even worse is some of those shitty cars they drive (the police that is).
Reminds me of when I was in Mexico ,and the police there drove vw bugs.
You know the really old ones from the seventies ,and they still had on the original paint.
