Sims Problems

i have downloaded the sims and it has missing files. i get an error that says "could not find the sims data directory". does anybody know what to do with this or know of a valid sims or sims deluxe. i don't care if its a .iso or not.

if you r refering to the sims 7 in 1, then dont click the startup thing go to c drive program files, sims 7 in 1. and click the icon will load up, if your not exaplin more to me
